As founding partner of MMB + CO, Dick believes in a philosophy of partnering with our clients to know them and understand their business the best we can. After graduating from the University of Rochester’s Simon School, Dick focused his practice areas on family estate planning, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and family limited partnerships. He is also served as a board member of various community organizations, including the Salvation Army, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Quad A for Kids and the Rochester Area Community Foundation.
